Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ReplyChef (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You may use ReplyChef to generate responses to genuine customer reviews for your own business. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to manipulate, extract, or override the AI system prompt or model instructions through review text or any other input.
  • Submit review text designed to cause the AI to produce harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content.
  • Use the Service to generate fake reviews or misrepresent responses as genuine customer communication in a deceptive way.
  • Automate, scrape, or bulk-submit requests to the API beyond normal interactive use.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.

3. AI-generated content

ReplyChef uses AI to generate response suggestions. These suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate for every context, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated response before publishing it. ReplyChef is not liable for any consequences arising from responses you publish.

4. Account and billing

Free accounts are limited to 5 responses per month. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyChef is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
